start here: The Consult

A two hour taster.

The Consult is an in-person, onsite meeting at the property you are booking LUX Home Services for.

We discuss your vision and complete a portion of a standard clean.

Pending a mutual fit, one of three LUX packages become available to you:

Wildflower, Rose and Orchid.

If there is something you desire for your home outside of these set packages - LUX will curate one for you.

Note: If you wish to have additional properties serviced, please let us know during the consult

Wildflower Package

‍ ‍A soft and spacious, structured service.

The Wildflower Package is a great place to enter LUX. It is our lightest offering. Standard House Cleaning services are provided as well as ample support from our team.

Upgrades: Add detailed cleaning services; book last minute (pending availability); expand weekly hours

Note: There is an additional fee for increased hours and depth of service beyond the original agreement. This applies to all services and packages.

Rose Package

Lush, blossoming service.

The Rose Package offers extended hours & depth of service in your home. With space for detailed cleans and open-ended curation of services based on the clients priorities. Housekeeping services become available to the client here.

Upgrades: Expand or reduce hours on a week-by-week basis; book last minute services; event & seasonal preparation and clean up; detailed cleaning; trial House Management services; add or remove packages as needed

Note: There is an additional fee for increased hours and depth of service beyond the original agreement. This applies to all services and packages.

Orchid

The full bouquet.

Orchid clients gain access to all of LUX services. Most notably, the seamless and comprehensive House Management service, with the option to include House Cleaning and House Keeping.

Orchid expands the scheduling availability and depth into multiple homes & properties, holiday homes, seasonal and event support, multi-week scheduling blocks for large scale projects, and remote, fly-in fly-out locations.

Note: There is an additional fee for increased hours and depth of service beyond the original agreement. This applies to all services and packages.

Rates

Rates listed are stated as “begins at”. These beginning rates are set and increase depending on many factors such as but not limited to:

Room size and quantity

Square footage of home

Number of properties under management of LUX

Frequency, depth and level of service required

Most importantly: clients needs, expectations and desires for how they wish to have their home, homes and/or properties cared for.

All services, offerings, rates and agreements made between LUX and The Client are subject to adjustment as needed.

Each adjustment is communicated directly to the client via LUX Management and requires full consent from the client before moving ahead.

It is our intention to meet clients where they are, while providing the highest level of support to those seeking it and holding the frequency for customizable, connected services and offerings between client and LUX.

  • The Wildflower Package is our lightest service offering. It’s designed for those in need of a consistent yet lighter level of support. House Cleaning only.

    The Rose Package provides clients with depth and space, adjusting services on an as needed basis. House Cleaning and House Keeping.

    The Orchid Package - our most in-depth offering. This package is designed for clients with ample space, multiple homes, and/or local or remote seasonal homes and more. House Management. House Cleaning, House Keeping, Event and Seasonal Support.

  • It is the clients responsibility to ensure that all personal and confidential items are stored in a manner that suits them prior to our arrival.

    Beyond that, nothing is expected. Though most clients tidy their home and remove anything they do not want our team to spend time on, touch or move.

    However - if tidying is part of what you want done we are happy to do so.

    Please note: We do not move any medium to large furniture. You will need to arrange this prior to our arrival. Failure to do so may result in an incomplete service and full service charge.
